Remarkable Energy will be a leading technology innovator in the recycling of waste plastic into high-value products including: recycled plastic to Naphtha for virgin-quality plastic feedstock (P2P), recycled plastic to Sustainable Aviation Fuel (P2SAF), recycled plastic to generate Electricity (P2E), recycled plastic to Wax Resin (P2Wx) and recycled plastic to Turquoise Hydrogen (P2H).

Our proprietary recycling process is the culmination of five years of research and collaboration from a ‘spin-out’ university partnership. We have created scalable, modular units that can recycle waste plastic at an input rate of 1000 metric tonnes per hour.

 

We need a better way to deal with waste plastic for the good of land and ocean life, to reduce the amount of plastic that is exported, incinerated or sent to landfill, and to remove virgin fossil fuel from the plastic production process.

Our recycling process uses Thermal Catalytic Technology, in a scientific breakthrough that combines liquification and catalytic chemistry. Our technology outperforms other ‘chemical‘ or ‘advanced’ recycling technologies. This is achieved through low energy input, high conversion rates and predictable value-added products as well as lower emissions.

With our own catalytic chemistry production and engineering process, we have a fully integrated business model that will help to reduce the impact of plastic pollution.

How Remarkable Energy is different

Remarkable Energy’s process uses Thermal Catalytic Technology (TCT) to recycle plastic for: Naphtha for virgin-quality plastic feedstock (P2P), Sustainable Aviation Fuel (P2SAF), Electricty (P2E), Wax Resin (P2Wx) and Turquoise Hydrogen (P2H). This broad product range enables the company to sell into standard markets that require sustainable alternatives, as well as adopt multiple commercial strategies to maximise returns and mitigate risk for our business partners.

Our modular and transportable recycling units have low energy inputs, high conversion rates, predictable product outputs and lower emissions, surpassing exisiting recycling technologies and making it commercially viable to reduce the impact of plastic pollution on the planet.
